Getting to know a little more about B/P
B/P Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. was established in May 1988 by Bobby Anderson. During this time, Bobby worked for Borden International, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator. As a coordinator, his responsibilities included putting together product packaging, product advertising and promotional efforts. While working there, Bobby cleaned carpet on the weekend. After six months, Bobby left his job and focused his attention on the carpet cleaning business.
From the beginning, Bobby realized the importance of education within the industry. The first carpet cleaning class was a DuPont Stainmaster certification course taught by Doyle Bloss of Steamway International. Bobby has continued his education by taking courses in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odor control, carpet repair and reinstallation, water damage restoration and is currently registered as a senior carpet inspector. As s Senior Carpet Inspector, Bobby has been exposed to every soiling condition, manufacturing problem and installation related claim that exists.
B/P Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc's goal is to bring maximum effort to every cleaning or inspection assignment. B/P Carpet Cleaning has accomlished this through "A Commitment To Excellence". A service level that surpasses the clients expectations. This has created an outstanding reputation in the industry. It has lead to performing warranty work and consultation with carpet manufacturers throughout the country. As the demand for quality service increased, new services were added. B/P Carpet Cleaning's list of services include Premium Carpet Cleaning, Fine Fabric and Leather Upholstery Cleaning, Fabric and Fiber Protection, Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing, Specialty & Oriental Rug In-Plant Cleaning, Urine Damage Treatment and Emergency Water Damage Restoration.
B/P Carpet Cleaning is an IICRC Certified Firm, a Carpet & Rug Institute Seal of Approval Certified Firm and a member of the New York Rug Cleaners Institute. These groups, in addition to our 12 Step Cleaning System , allow B/P Carpet Cleaning "to provide the most outstanding service experience ever".
